Welcome Again!
While looking at my Nail polishes last night, I realized I have one beautiful polish from KB Shimmer which has not been used since ages, that's when I picked it up and decided to do something simple over that polish, so that the shade shifting also shows up.
I ended up using the stamping plate from Nail Matinee and Konad white stamping polish for this beautiful and delicate filigree stamping.
